The FIDE President has invited delegates to the FIDE Extraordinary General Assembly, which will be held online.

This meeting is a follow-up to the assembly held in Samarkand and will address outstanding matters.

The assembly will take place on December 27, 2026, at 14:30 CET and will be attended by various FIDE officials and representatives.

The complete agenda and relevant documents for the assembly will be circulated by November 27, 2026.

The FIDE President looks forward to a constructive meeting and continued work with member federations.
